If your repositories were hosted in Github, my advice would be to contact Github support for help on how to recover your repository, as they'll be able to inform you what options are there available.
That said, since you were using Git, there's a chance that you still have a copy of your code on your computer, or maybe a colleague was working on it too. If that's the case, you'll be able to get a copy from them.
