Hello Pam,

In addition to what Kinnera wrote before, it is not clear from your message which app you're using to connect Jira to Tableau.

In case you have Tableau Connector for Jira, then please share all the details and screenshots with our support team, they'll eagerly assist you. You can do it by email: support@alpha-serve.com or via Service Desk: https://aserve.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/17

Best regards,

Anna from Alpha Serve

Hi @Pam Hayes

Thanks for reaching out here!

If you are referring to the app Tableau Connector Pro or Jira (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214641/tableau-connector-pro-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview) then please share the screenshot of the error and also the connector URL with us for further analysis.

And please note that we have created a support ticket https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/SUPPORT-9885  in our portal for this issue. Request you to signup to the portal and let us know the username so that we can mark you as the reporter so that you will be able to access the ticket.

Please find the below link to signup to the portal: https://bobswift.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals/1

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thanks
Kinnera
