Receive "Error 400 Hook should contain event type" on triggering webhook push

Even though web-hook is created with URL specified in the Jenkins, I am not able to send it to Jenkins. 

all I receive is following message.

Error 400 Hook should contain event type 

 Could not find the option to set event type.

Thanks for responding, the issue is I dont have option to set content Type while creating webhook.

Hi!

I'm not sure this is what you need but try to have a look at this article:

Jenkins github plugin returns error 400 “Hook should contain event type”

It may be related.
