I am Vlada from the Awesome Graphs for Bitbucket team and I wanted to share that Cycle Time information is now available in our REST API export. Here is an example of an output you can get:

As you can see, besides total cycle time, it contains a breakdown into phases. It seems that Time to Resolve might be particularly interesting to you.
