Plan limit

Hi,
I have been invited to the repository, when I go for the accept invitation, it says "This account is already at its plan limit and will need to be upgraded before adding more users."
Kindly let me know, is this issue with my account or an issue with the repository admin account?

Hi @iamfida,

This issue has to do with the workspace where you were invited, not with your own account.

A workspace on the free plan allows for 5 users and the message indicates that the workspace of the repository you were invited to has already 5 users.

The owner/admin will need to do either of the following:

1. Upgrade the billing plan of the workspace to allow more than 5 users to have access from https://bitbucket.org/<workspace-id>/workspace/settings/plans-and-billing

2. OR if there is a user in the workspace that doesn't need to have access, the admin can remove that user from https://bitbucket.org/<workspace-id>/workspace/settings/plan-users so you can be added to the repo
