i am not getting my password reset email when i trying direct login without google or Microsoft in bitbucket.
Can you help me ASAP?

Your issue is something that Atlassian support team has to investigate and worked on. May I request you to reach them at: https://support.atlassian.com/contact with screen shots, URL and browser name please.
Alternatively, if you are using a Jira Server edition and not getting password reset email, then kindly reach Jira Server admin in your organization.
