Not Receiving Email Notifications from BitBucket Server 5.9

My workplace uses Atlassian Bitbucket v5.9.0 using the Server/Data Center hosting type, but I do not receive email notifications when a pull request I need to review is created or changed. Other people in my workplace do not seem to have this issue. Any information or advice would be appreciated.

Ask your BB admin to use the mail send/debug tool to check you get the test email. Id also check you’ve got no spam filter/junk/rules etc that might be intercepting the emails.

Thanks Craig, yes I think the issue was with the email server set up with the BB data server. The issue has been resolved internally. Cheers.
