Today i logged in on my Bitbucket account and i can´t open my repository folders and seem to have disappeared. The commits still there but the files are not visible.
Hi @avanti-dposada and welcome to the community.
Are you still facing this issue? If so, I would like to ask a few questions so we can better help you:
1) Are you facing this issue on the Source page of the repo, in Bitbucket UI? Or on a different page?
2) Is there any error displayed on the page where you have this issue? Or the files/folders are simply not listed, and it's empty?
Could you please attach a screenshot of the page with the issue (after you blur in the screenshot any sensitive/private data)?
3) Is it possible that the folders/files you are looking for are in a different branch? The Source page of the repo (if this is the one with the issue) shows files/folders of a specific branch, and there is a dropdown to switch branches at the top.
4) Do more users have access to this specific repo? If so, can you check with them if someone perhaps rewrote history in the repo and deleted any files/folders, or perhaps committed files/folders deletions?
Kind regards,
Theodora
