I have a fully shutdown copy of each of my services (jira confluence stash bamboo) which was basically just for me, and is not really in a runnable state. previously dockerized.
How do I get from that to XML I can import into jira cloud?
I don't have much data, but what I have is essential. Can anyone help?
What backups were you running?
By default, the atlassian stuff runs regular simple xml backups regularly, so if you just installed and ran with them, they probably have backups you can import into a new clean system (server or cloud). For Jira and Confluence, the backups will be zip files under the export/backup directories in the home directory for them, plus you'll need a copy of the attachments directory, also in home. For bitbucket, you'll also need to think about the git repositories.
Beginning on April 4th, we will be implementing push limits. This means that your push cannot be completed if it is over 3.5 GB. If you do attempt to complete a push that is over 3.5 GB, it will fail...
