Invite notification not received

Someone it's sending me an invitation to a specific team but I'm not receiving the notification email in my inbox.

 

We tried another emails accounts and works perfect.

I've searched for bounces and blocks regarding your email address, but nothing was found. The address I checked is the one you are using here in community.

Can you please confirm if the person who is inviting you are using the correct email address?

Are you receiving notifications for other types of events, like repositories where you are a watcher?

Can you please confirm with the Bitbucket admin who sent the invitation to confirm if the site is a free tier? If that's the case, it's necessary to check if it's not exceeding the limit of seats available for the free plan.
