How to migrate data from old windows server to new server with new BitBucket version

Our old BitBucket (v7.1.1) is windows server and need to migrate the data to a blank new install BitBucket server (v7.8). New server is also windows server. Both old and new server using MS SQL server. The sql server is installed in the same windows box as BitBucket.

The article provide various method to migrate but I am not sure any of them fit my situation. Could you please briefly tell me what should I do?
