How to fix issue SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started?

May we ask for your help as we're currently upgrading our bitbucket from 5.10.1 to 7.17.5 and installation is taking too long to finish the setup here's what we did :

- Run installer atlassian-bitbucket-7.17.5-x64 at 2am and followed the steps on this documentation : https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/bitbucket-server-upgrade-guide-776640551.html
- Waited 4 hours and still the installation is not yet done. Is it normal if it takes too long? (I'm stuck on this progress please see screenshot installer.PNG)
- I have tried to stop the installation and try to run the Bitbucket via service and got an error SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started please see atlassian-bitbucket.log for more details.
- After that, I tried to re-install the Bitbucket 7.17.5 and it does takes too long to install and stuck on this progress please see screenshot installer.PNG.

Please advise.
