How to configure Directory Configuration Summary using automated way

I have been trying to run bitbucket in our data center. I was able to deploy the service and access it using the url. I need to configure the Directory Configuration Summary. Is there a way this can be done using a curl or setting it up during installation on the data center host itself instead of manually putting in and configuring ?

Also wanted to know how can I configure the license in automated way instead of putting it in the browser when the server is deployed ?

Figured out the easiest way to do is, to point your old DB to your new server and that way it did load all the previous configuration related to LDAP.
