How to Rebuild Pull Request branch if PR branch is updated

We currently have automatic builds for PRs against the master branch.  This works fine.  If the author then updates their PR branch (before a merge), there doesn't seem to be a way to have an automated rebuild of that PR branch.

How can we accomplish this?

We are using Jenkins 2 for our build server.

Thank you.
