How to Rebuild Pull Request branch if PR branch is updated

We currently have automatic builds for PRs against the master branch.  This works fine.  If the author then updates their PR branch (before a merge), there doesn't seem to be a way to have an automated rebuild of that PR branch.

How can we accomplish this?

We are using Jenkins 2 for our build server.

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

Are you using Bitbucket Server or Cloud? How are you triggering the initial build on a PR branch?

I am using Bitbucket Server and a free app called Pull request notifier for Bitbucket and it allows me to trigger a new build when the PR is changed.

The PRs are coming from Forked repos.  I think we may be stuck by the same issue as this:
