How do I get access to Pull Requests for my project?

When I click on Pull Requests on a ticket in JIRA I get:

Authenticate to see related pull requests

When I click on DI2E Bitbucket I get the Welcome to BitBucket window where I have to click on ALLOW. Once I click on ALLOW, I still can't access Pull Requests. What do I need to do now?
