Hi Muhammad,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
On the sidebar, click on the Profile picture > View profile. Then on the sidebar click on "Settings" and you will be able to find your username.

First, you must open your bitbucket first and then go to setting / personal setting @JuanLanus
and you'll be find your username in Account settings
