To disable the public access globally, we need to set the feature.public.access property to false in the bitbucket.properties file. But this file doesnt exist in the bit bucket server. Do we need to manually create the file in bitbucket user home directory and add the defalut parameters to that file as defined in https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver/configuration-properties-776640155.html ?
