Can you configure a Webhook to run from a Mirror instances of Bitbucket

We are looking to add a Bitbucket mirror in one of our data centers and want to trigger a webhook to run from the mirror in that data center. This webhook would trigger a pull service on various targets when a push is done on the primary instance.
