Can't configure Bitbucket Cloud for Slack

JustDevZero April 27, 2019

I've been using Bitbucket Cloud, and Bitbucket Cloud for Slack app for a long time.

Recently new developers have been integrated into our team, and they're trying to login in Bitbucket Cloud for Slack, but something it's not working fine.

It throws up a:

Ha habido un error "401_client_error" con */bitbucket help*

/

There was an error "401_client_error_ with */bitbucket help*

No matter who tries the commands, or what kind of commands are being used.

Any ideas what is wrong or how to solve it?

Hi there!

I am from support team for Bitbucket Cloud for Slack app. Seeing 401 error in response to a slash command may be a signal of a broken authorization between your Slack workspace and Bitbucket app. Could you let us know the ID of your Slack workspace so that we can check the state of its authorization in the app database? It can be observed in browser URL if you open your workspace in a web Slack version in browser. It should be something like "https://app.slack.com/client/TC3NTTN4R/GNUR30TDL" where TC3NTTN4R is the workspace ID.

Feel free to create a support request at https://support.atlassian.com/ to continue discussion of your case there.
