Ok, I feel like a salesman there. I don't want to. Bitbucket is a direct competitor to Gitlab. It can be better than Gitlab, but it depends on what you want. Gitlab could be better than Bitbucket. For you.
They are not going to "integrate". They're not going to work well together because they do the same things. If you do run them in parallel, you're going to find you get into a mess because there's a huge overlap between what they try to do.
Pick the one that works best for you and go with it.
