CAPTCHA on Bitbucket Personal Access Token

Hi there,

I'm not sure if I am understanding this right, but based off these document it says, "Personal access tokens will NOT trigger captcha even with a repeated auth failures."

So this means, if I were to git clone another bitbucket repository using the token, I should not get the CAPTCHA error am I right?

This does not seem to be the case, attached screenshot.
