Bitbucket fails to start - SpringMVC dispatcher [springMvc] could not be started

 

our previous system is using 8.9.7 we upgrading to 8.9.9

version of git 2.37.2

 

I tried everything JAVA version is 11 , made sure git is 2.37.2 

changed permission to atlbitbucket 

please help !

This error message alone is not helpful.

If you check the Bitbucket log, there must be other errors prior to this, because this is only a "consequence". Share the ending part of the log so that others can help.
