Bitbucket fails to establish Application Link to Jira, Confluence or Bamboo

If I attempt to initiate an Application Link from Bitbucket to JIRA, Confluence or Bamboo using our known URLs, the result it "No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue."

But if I attempt to initiate and Application Link from JIRA, Confluence or Bamboo to Bitbucket, the process begins and the when the reciprocal connection fails with the same error as above..

The connection is created with Network Error on JIRA, Confluence or Bamboo but nothing on Bitbucket.

Note: All connections in the Bitbucket installation have been removed as well as any connects to bitbucket in the other apps prior to attempting this.

Also all other apps have successful connections between them, but nothing to Bitbucket
