After creating pipeline, cannot connect through SSH to repository from sourcetree

I am using SSH to connecting repositories in Bitbucket. I have created init pipeline accidentally in one of the repos and then only this repos, sourcetree cannot fetch nor push etc because of the following

Permission denied (publickey).

I tried to disable the pipeline but it doesn't resolve the problem.
