A Jira admin needs to remove the connection in Jira before you can connect via Bitbucket.

I granted access from Bitbucket to Jira, but when I was told to login Jira and grant Bibucket access to Jira, I hesitated and canceled.

Now when I try to connect again, "A Jira admin needs to remove the connection in Jira before you can connect via Bitbucket" appears.

The reason for doing this is because I want to link a Bitbucket commit to Jira issue. I was told that adding the issue key in the commit message will do the work, but nothing happened. So, I wanted to check if my Bitbucket is connected to my Jira account or not. I can switch between Bitbucket and Jira through the "switch to" icon in the bottom left board. Not sure if this means they were connected or not.

I'm a new comer in my company so I think I don't have any complicated situation.
