i am getting permission denied error when building pipeline

i was trying to build pipeline from bitbucket UI but getting this error. I even have admin access.

It's difficult to understand what's causing this without knowing what your pipeline is configured to do. If you're still experiencing this issue, can you please raise a support ticket so that we can look at your repo and Pipelines in more details?
