I've read https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/variables-in-pipelines-794502608.html and I'm bit confused.
It says: "Team or individual account variables can be accessed by all users with the write permission for any repository (private or public) that belongs to the team or account."
How the users would be able to see the values of the variables?
And what if I make all of them secure, the users will still be able to access the vars? How?
Hello Everyone,
This documentation https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucket/variables-in-pipelines-794502608.html?_ga=2.42859169.501472032.1582549656-1130231286.1576506088 is currently wrong/outdated and, for that reason, we are working with our documentation team to fix it.
For clarification, the sentence "Team or individual account variables can be accessed by all users with the write permission for any repository (private or public) that belongs to the team or account" means that all users can use the variables set up on the account level, however, if they don't have admin access to the account/repository, they will not be able to edit these, remove and add new ones.
