How can I limit capabilities of Bitbucket integration to Jira?

To try and provide our test team with better visibility of our development progress, I have linked bitbucket to Jira utilising the Development Tool section.

We only want the ability to 'View Commits' and 'View Builds', and not to be able to 'Create Branches' or 'Create Pull Requests'

Is this possible?

Is see this is listed in the 'Capabilities' section but with no way to update

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

You cannot limit the create branches/pull requests in the integration. The closest you can get it so set up different groups in Bitbucket. You can set one up that you assign your test team to and only gives them read access to the repository/project. With read access you can view the content, but you will not be able to create branches or create pull requests.
