welcome to the Atlassian community.

Bitbucket pipelines is a feature of Bitbucket cloud

For on prem installations you will go with a combination of Bitbucket and an CI Server like Bamboo or Jenkins

I can't find any documentation about your product.

Is it still up? Even the main site is not reacheable. I've installed snake-ci from your link to my Bitbucket self-hosted app. I need to know where I can find some resources.
