How to add other message into bamboo notification email

Question

When a plan/job in bamboo finish, it will send a notification email about the result. I need to add more information about the test, such as jira issues list or other changeable message. I have look at "Modifying notification templates", it could only change the notification format, couldn't load data from other resource such as confluence？ Doesn't Bamboo support this, if it does, how could i achieve it?

You'd have to go beyond simple notification customisation. Either write your own customisations or modify the Bamboo Java code that prepares the data for current customisations. If you're up for that, please ask some specific questions about what you need.
