Bamboo bootstrap failed: Your Bamboo instance could not start because health check failed

I am getting the above mentioned error and I am not able to load my bamboo instance.

Also, the solution mentioned at

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Bamboo-questions/Bamboo-bootstrap-failed-Your-Bamboo-instance-could-not-start/qaq-p/774670

didn't work for me and the issue still exists.

Hi Sidharth,

This message usually shows up when something went wrong during the startup health checks. Would you mind opening a support ticket at  https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?

We'll need to take a look at your logs to understand what exactly is happening so please, archive the <installation directory>/logs folder and attach it to the ticket.

Thank you.

best,
Gabriel Ribeiro
