The dev instance jira url is redirecting to production with the PROD SSO config (after dev refresh)

Hello Team,

We are planning to upgrade the dev server instance (from v8.7.1 to v8.13.3,long term support release), As part of the upgrade process, we refreshed the the dev environment with our working production environment, and this is the first Dev refresh since the sso implementation (we are using SAML Single Sign On for Jira), After the refresh the dev jira url directing to production again with SSO. We think that Since the data refresh is a copy of the current prod instances the sso plugin redirects it. Could you please suggest us how to turn it off? or what is the process to follow.

Thanks!
