One of my team members has forgotten his Jira password. He tried the forgot password link, but never received any email. I, as the Atlassian administrator also tried the send reset password link through user management, but again, he did not receive an email. He has checked his email's Junk/Spam folder as well.
Is there any other way to get his password reset?
