Signed in with Google Access. How do I set up 2-step authentication?

I'm trying to set up 2-step Authentication. The first thing I'm asked for is my Atlassian password. I don't have a password - I sign in using my Google account. I tried using my password for my Google account, but got the incorrect password message.

What now?

Yay for 2FA :)

Typically the recommendation is to lean on your identity provider (Google) to enforce 2FA, so head to g.co/2sv to do so.

If you'd like to have 2FA with Atlassian, then try to reset your password. Head to https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword then enter your email, and reset your password, then follow your nose.

Note that if you set up 2FA with both Google and Atlassian, you may be required to enter two 2FA codes, which may be more annoying than helpful.
