I have tried the Suggestion mentioned in another ticket, but do not see where to go to Settings/Administrators under my user. We have terminated our business relationship with our current Org Admin and need to remove him.

Go to admin.atlassian.com and click the name of your organization. Then you should find the Settings menu item.
