How do I get rid of inherited restrictions?

How do I get rid of inherited restrictions on my page.  When I grant read and edit to all people, the apply button is still grey.  Then I go to inherited restrictions, and when I open it, there aren't dependent other pages like the guide says, it shows me as the only person allowed.  Still no clear way to undo this and open it to everyone.

You have two options:

• Go up through the page tree to the point where you find the page providing the restriction, and amend/widen it or remove it.  Bear in mind that will affect all pages beneath it, not just it and your page.
• Move your page from under the page that is holding the restriction to somewhere that has the restrictions (or none) that you need
