Any chance you can solve this for us in JIRA and the "cheap" (free) plan
I have two users with the same email address, one is from the original server installation and the second (newest) is from the migration to JIRA Cloud and where we manage the user accounts.
For example I cannot edit/delete issue filters created by the "old me". And people keep assigning the "old me" issues.
Could you tell us a little more about your old account? For your account in the original server installation, it would be completely unaffected and unaware of our cloud account. Jira Cloud will not permit duplicate accounts, especially during a migration.
If you go to user management, can you find the two users? Do they have different emails?
