Hi,
How do we add a second user provisioning directory to our Atlassian account? We're in the process of changing our IDP from OneLogin to Okta and we cannot add an addition external user directory according to your guide: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/configure-user-provisioning-with-okta-957492956.html
Thanks,
-Lucid Admin
Hi @Lucid Admin
We don't actually support multiple external directories at this time. You can go to the "Directory" tab on the User provisioning page, click "Remove" to remove the Onelogin API key (all users and groups that have been synced from Onelogin will remain). Then you can generate a new API key to use with Okta and begin syncing users from Okta. As soon as you sync users from Okta, any existing users that you have will become managed by Okta instead of Onelogin.
If you had provisioned groups from Onelogin, they will become local after you remove the Onelogin directory. You will need to delete them and provision them again from Okta.
Hope this helps.
Dave
