We have enhanced Budgety, the budget management and cost tracking app for Jira!!

If you haven't heard yet, managing your project budgets in Jira just got easier. We will tell you more about it here and, in the end, with a cool video.😉

With the latest app upgrades, you’ll have more control over your financial data, allowing you to focus on what truly matters—growing your projects.

Artificial intelligence for budget management

After the Atlassian Team 24 Europe, Budgety was announced in the main keynote of the event as one of the first apps available as a Rovo agent, you can get information about your costs, expenses, and costs, such as an executive summary of their current status. Learn more about it here. 

Control access to budgets

The access options allow the budget creator (owner) to grant visibility to the organization and/or specific users. This will foster more control over your budgets and ensure that every stakeholder has the right access at the right time.

Budgety for all issues

Now, it’s possible to associate the budgets created with Budgety to every related issue type, from projects to epics, tasks, bugs, and even stories. Link those issues to the budgets you’re controlling for better visualization. Learn more. 

Refresh unit hours

We have added a button that will allow you to get the information in real time. When you track your budgets and their costs, you’ll be able to refresh those costs with inputted hours and have the information updated by the minute, as it happens. Learn more.

Easily create and access budgets

If you’re setting the budget for a campaign, quarter planning, or any other project, you can also create the budget directly in the issue with Budgety and later on add the costs to that budget. Learn more.
