I am working in a nextgen project where we have set up incoming emails to create a new issue and then get transitioned to a new status through automation rules. This has been working as expected for the last few months. However, starting today, incoming emails are now creating countless duplicates that are not transitioning automatically or manually because the status is not editable. When we attempt to slide one of these newly created stories to continue along the workflow, it spits an error saying "The ranking of your issue has failed". Even our account administrator is not allowed to move these stories and we are continually seeing more duplicates pileup. Can you please help us address this issue as I have tried many times to fix the problem but cannot seem to find a solution?
