Portfolio Issue Sources constantly loading

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
When accessing Portfolio Planning and clicking on Issue Sources to configure where issues are taken from, the page simply constantly loads with a spinning icon and no feedback to the user.

Can you please provide some assistance in understanding why this occurring?
