How to add Initiative issue type as a parent to Epics?

Hi,

How can I add issue type Initiative which stays in Roadmap section and not Backlog section and I can add all the epics inside the Initiative?

Thanks in Advance

Hi @Niharika ,

You will need to create a new issue type. And add it to a newly created project. Lastly, add it to your Advanced Roadmap plans.

Here is a document with some instructions:

I hope that helps.

What's not intuitive is that a few custom fields need to be added to your issue types:

Adding the Parent Link field is the magic that allows you to associate Epics with Initiatives.
