Hi,
How can I add issue type Initiative which stays in Roadmap section and not Backlog section and I can add all the epics inside the Initiative?

You will need to create a new issue type. And add it to a newly created project. Lastly, add it to your Advanced Roadmap plans.

What's not intuitive is that a few custom fields need to be added to your issue types:
