Hello, we are transitioning to Jira Portfolio. I have not found a way to link and show bugs to epics. any help will be good.
Yes. In my instance of server edition, i can edit the epic link field to an epic from a bug. The field is not shown if there is not an epic set but when you edit the "bug" the field is there. Then when it is linked, the field will appear.

Hey Harry,
You can also try:
1. In the Jira issue screen UI use keyboard shortcuts - press "." > type epic link
2. In the Portfolio UI - You can Drag and drop bugs to epics in the scope list or use the parent field in the fields section
I hope the above makes sense, and you'll find your prefered way to link child issues to their parents.
Cheers,
Roi
