Virtual users allowed in cloud portfolio

Sorry to post this, but I cannot find this anywhere in portfolio.  Can you use virtual users?

Yes you can add Virtual Team members in Portfolio.

When you are in the Team View, and you have created a Team, you can then "add person". 

If you type in something other than a specific users name in the +Add Person field, Portfolio will offer to create a Virtual User.

Generally these are named for a specific role or skill type, like Database Programmer, Developer, etc., to be used as a placeholder for future work.  They can then be used in resource management planning. 

You can use this in specific project teams or in Shared Teams.

Hi can I ask if virtual users should be able to drag and drop? We have set one up but they can only view the board.  Any ideas how to let them drag and drop cards?
