Hi, I have 2 projects one team managed and the other company managed. I have custom filed multi-select in one project and dropdown custom field in another. I have to write a JQL using both the custom fields to meet some criteria in that filter. Can I use multi-select and dropdown both? When I apply the query it does not show any result. However, when I use one the query works.
For custom field (if used via a team managed project), then you cannot use it against for the company managed project even the name of the field are the same in both project. In your JQL you will have to configure it where you have two part in the query -
1st part where you query against the team managed project and the 2nd part where you query against the company manage project.
Hope this helps.
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
