JIRA Cloud - Plan View - how do I show dependencies for the issues?

JIRA Cloud. In the plan view, it seems that only "blocked" items tagged in the plan view are displayed in the tab named Dependencies report.

Is there not a way in an Epic to display issue dependencies?

This is an article about picking the "scope" tab. However, I don't see anything in the Plan view related to Scope.

Not looking to buy a plug-in, so please don't try to sell me something.

Sounds like "Blocked" is the only link type enabled in the admin settings of your sites Advanced Roadmaps dependencies. Others or all link types can be added, but any changes made will impact all existing (and future) plans. A global setting, in other words.

Talk with your admins about it. It can be found under "Plans/Settings/Advanced Roadmaps dependencies"

I will look into that.

Thanks.

Hi @bobbywilliams ,

If you're looking to see the dependencies from/to an epics children "rolled up" to the epic level then this is possible via the Dependency map (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/advancedroadmapsserver/displaying-the-dependencies-map-1005805794.html ). However that roll-up of dependencies isn't yet available in the main "Roadmap" tab yet.

As @Curt Holley says though... it might be that you just want to configure additional issue link relationships as dependencies though.

Regards,
Dave
