Assignee Availability Percentage in Advanced Roadmap Plan

Please,
Could you give me some advice on this?
In the advanced roadmap plan, is there a method to consider the availability percentage of each person assigned to the project? For example, Kevin is fully available (100%), Francisco is only 50% available, and Ricardo is 25% available, and the issues use this information dynamically (similar to Time tracking).
Your comments will be very valuable to me. Thank you!

Not really. Time estimates or story points are about the story/task (whatever) and that is all AR focuses on.
It does nice agile metrics, Team/sprint capacity but not individuals.
best you can do is see how many hours or story points are loaded against the work they are assigned to and take it from there.

Personally, I've always found those kind of % estimates around individuals are shaky data points at best.

Dear Curt,

Thank you for your helpful and thoughtful response to my question in the forum. Your knowledge and expertise have provided me with the information I needed, and I appreciate your support.

Sincerely,
Ricardo Sanchez

Hi @Ricardo Sanchez

If you consider using a plugin I would suggest ActivityTimeline.  ActivityTimeline provides a clear overview of all projects, tasks, teams, and individuals. You can track capacity on a Workload Panel calculated for every user in a team and their availability, and track vacations, and days off. On a timeline view, you can manage resources with different details more easily.

If you have any additional requirements please feel free to ask me. We can demo session for you if needed.

Dear Nataliya,

Thanks for suggesting the "ActivityTimeline" plugin. I think it will be incredibly helpful in keeping me organized. Your generosity and knowledge are appreciated.

Sincerely,

Ricardo Sanchez
