error message saving changes to a test case that included parameters: The following fields must be u

I updated a test case that included paramters. I added more parameters but when I finished adding steps and tried to save the test case I received an error message:

The following fields must be unique:

  • Parameter name (Test Script tab)

 

I checked to make sure the names were unique and they are. I'm stuck.
