Is there a script to put on a transition, so an issue will auto transition if its been in that status for 22 days?
Hi Robert - you can do this with the Escalation Service.
Here are the docs for ScriptRunner for Jira Server: https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/latest/jira/escalation-service.html

A plugin Automation for JIRA, will allow you to schedule check, for example if issue has not been updated for 20 days, and transition it. It is a really powerful and useful plugin.
Below is the link with some examples, hope it helps!
