ScriptRunner: Set the reporter as watcher, when the creator is a different user

Hello together,

I have read so many threads but couldn't find one which fits to my problem. Can you help me pls. I need a custom script post-function for a workflow transition.

We use Jira Software on Server (without Service Desk).

Situation:

• our IT Helpdesk creates an issue in the name of a colleague (maybe the colleague reported it via telephone)
• Created issue: Creator= user from IT and the Reporter = name of colleague

After creation only the Creator (IT)  is in the watcher list. But I want that only the Reporter (colleague) is added to the watcher list. 

I know that there is a plugin where people from the IT Helpdesk could add the Reporter manually as watcher. But this is not what we want.
